Advertise and Promote a Club

Chartered clubs, organizations, or publications can arrange for tables in the North and West Building 3rd Floor Lobbies for informational sessions, event promotion, fundraising and advertising events on the Sony Signage monitors throughout the College.

Tabling Request

Clubs/Organizations are limited to 15 tabling events per semester. Clubs/Organizations in the process of chartering are limited to 2 tabling events. Clubs in the process of chartering may not use tabling events to fundraise. Student clubs and organizations must complete financial reconciliation for fundraisers prior to the tabling session or event.

Clubs/Organizations that are fundraising for an outside organization must hand in their 501c3 and agreement letter first before your tabling request will get approved.

G-Blast

Graduate Clubs

If Graduate Clubs would like their club’s information or upcoming events added to the G-Blast, please email megan.lyons41@myhunter.cuny.edu with “G-Blast” in the subject line. Please include either just the information (plain text) or a jpg image containing all the information (example: a PDF exported into a jpg). If only information is emailed, the GSA will draft a visually appealing image with your information for your approval.

Undergraduate Clubs

To advetise your clubs information or upcoming events to the Undergraduate G-Blast, please fill out the link below.

  • A flyer is required for submission, (All desired information must be included in the flyer).
  • Submissions are due every Wednesday at 10AM before the Friday that the Blast will be sent out. The chart inidicates submission deadlines for each G blast. Late submissions will not be considered.
