Student RSVP and Guest Tickets
Registration is required for all graduation candidates to attend the ceremony. Tickets are required for all guests to attend the ceremony and seating will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
All students who are eligible to participate in the Commencement Ceremony will be sent an email invitation to register to attend the ceremony and to secure up to four (4) Guest Tickets.
Students will be notified at their Hunter College email address of specific dates, times and other details regarding Student RSVP and Guest Tickets.
The sale of Commencement tickets is strictly prohibited.
Guest Ticket Claim and Distribution Information
Students who registered to attend the Commencement Ceremony will be sent an invitation to claim their two (2) guest tickets. In the event a capacity is enforced due to high demand, students will be provided the option to be placed on a Guest Ticket wait-list. Unclaimed tickets will be forfeited and added to the Guest Ticket Lottery pool (see below).
Guest Ticket Lottery
Should additional tickets become available, those students who have claimed their tickets will be eligible to participate in the Guest Ticket Lottery for the opportunity to claim additional guest ticket(s). Guest Ticket Lottery information and instructions will be provided to eligible students at their Hunter College email address.
