Emergency Support & Resources
Hunter College is dedicated to the health, wellness and safety of our student body. The following resources are open and available to all currently enrolled students; if they are relevant to your situation, we urge you to make use of them.
Purple Apron Mobile Food Pantries
Hunter College has food delivery vans in areas of the city where we have identified a significant concentration of Hunter students in need. While we continue to invite you to Hunter’s Purple Apron Food Pantry at 68th Street, we know that for many of you traveling to campus is not advisable at this time.
THIS WEEK, NOVEMBER 18 & 19
Mobile Pantry Vans will distribute:
Nonperishable Items
- 2 containers of grains (eg. rice, pasta, etc.)
- 2 proteins (eg. beans, tuna, peanut butter, etc.)
- 2 cans vegetables
- 2 cans fruit
Bring Your Hunter Student ID – Only Hunter students are eligible for this program. You need to present your current Hunter College ID in order to receive a pantry bag.
