OneCards are Hunter College property and are non transferable and may not be used by any other person, for any reason.
If you use or attempt to use a OneCard or a OneCard Account for purposes other than permitted uses, including but not limited to loaning, borrowing, tampering, hacking, altering, duplicating, modifying or otherwise corrupting the OneCard Account will be terminated and you may be subject to disciplinary charges, civil liability and/or criminal prosecution.
Report loss immediately to the OneCard Office 203, Hunter West. Lost or mutilated will be replaced for a fee of $10.00.
Upon withdrawal, graduation or termination of employment from the College, refunds must be requested in writing. Proof of separation from the College may be required. All Hunter College liabilities must be settled prior to a check being processed for a refund. Refunds will not be issued for accounts of $20 or less in value. All refund checks will be mailed to the last known address listed with the College and may take 6-8 weeks to process. If no refund is requested within one year, funds will be forfeited to Hunter College.
