Policies regarding student conduct and academic integrity are implemented CUNY-wide. If you believe that you have a situation that requires a decision or appeal, please meet with the Associate Director of Student Conduct.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
This is a federal law that protects the privacy of students’ education records. This law applies to every school that receives funds under an applicable program of the U.S. Department of Education.

If you do not wish to have your contact information disclosed without prior consent, fill out the Non-Disclosure Form. Once completed, take this form to the Office of the Registrar.
If you want your personal records released to a third-party, complete the Request to Release Education Records form.
