Hunter College is dedicated to educating you about mental health-related topics and arming you with knowledge and skills to make informed decisions about your health and well-being.
Our programs focus on mental health and fostering the development of supportive connections throughout the Hunter community. We aim to increase awareness of mental health issues and reduce related stigma, as well as how to seek help or refer others for help.
We offer workshops and educational programs on a variety of topics, including, but not limited to:

- Effective Communication
- Healthy Relationships
